  1. I have a left ear that has always been a little 'impaired' but last week my right ear started burbling and is right now buzzing. In trying to connect this onset, I have read the blogs and info pages which always site loud noises. That could not have been the case with me as 66, live in quiet senior tower with minimal traffic. I thought maybe some kind of infection since my sinuses have always been a problem, but today I thought of something mechanical in my apartment; I have an old metal fan that has been running non stop for several weeks and in total for over months. It has a high pitched whine that is not bothersome to me when I hear it but I wonder if it is the cause of the ear tinisitus. I will do without the fan as the hot weather is almost over and hope for the best as spontaneous remission does occur says the info.
